Two upcoming events for August I’d like to tell you about:
First, I will be speaking along with Bobbie at the very cool Wanderlust festival in Squaw Valley, CA (near Tahoe), as a part of their SpeakEasy series. Our talk is on Sunday at 1pm. You can find more details about this great event here: wanderlustfestival.com/experience/speakeasy
Next, on August 8th – 13th, we’ll be at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY for a 3-day seminar. The workshop will focus on Yoga, Walking, and Self-Care. You can find more details here: eomega.org.
